These terms apply to every purchase made on www.voltandpine.com, operated by The Volt Saturn Pvt Ltd. By placing an order you agree to them.

Account

• You must create an account and sign in to place an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Please provide accurate delivery details — we are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or phone number.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product photographs are indicative. As items are handcrafted, minor variation in grain, finish and tone is normal and is not a defect.
• Prices and availability may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
• If an item goes out of stock after payment, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
• We may cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.

Payments

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• If money is deducted but your order does not appear, contact us with your payment reference — the amount is either auto-reversed by your bank or refunded by us.

Warranty

• Manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period are repaired or replaced free of cost.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, voltage fluctuation, water damage or normal wear.

Intellectual property

All designs, product photographs, text and branding on this site belong to The Volt Saturn Pvt Ltd and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
